We, the Sisters of St. Joseph of St. Augustine, Florida, welcome you on this day of the Lord  . Every day, for your reflection and contemplation, we offer a Maxim and a link to Today’s Readings from Scripture. In 1866, a group of Sisters left the motherhouse in Le Puy, France to serve those in need in the American South. Today, 141 years later, the times (and some of the needs) have changed, yet our Sisters continue to use their God-given gifts creatively throughout the State of Florida to meet the needs of the present moment--touching lives, all life long.
